Model RZ 84-85 Fork Brace
After riding my first beat-up RZ years ago, I was always bothered by how flexy and “noodle-like” the front end felt. So I designed a sleek, streamlined billet 6061 aluminum fork brace — a big step up from the heavy cast braces most people use.
Key Features:
•  Precision CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum for superior strength and lightweight performance
• only brace in market to offer “Adjustable spacing”. design allows the brace to fit forks that have a slight bend or sit perfectly aligned. 
•  Does not force bent forks back into place (protects fork seals and bushings from extra stress) extending front end life until or if you ever decided to replace fork tubes. 
*On some customer builds on none adjustable braces. I’ve always encountered a stiff front end. Due to forks being in a bind. Which we all know that’s no good.*
•  Helps prevent further flex and keeps the front end much more solid and planted.
•  Retains the stock rubber dust boots — they pop right on using the built-in location towers on the brace
•  Dramatically improves high-speed stability and reduces head shake
In my own testing, the difference was night and day.
•  Going up curbs felt noticeably more solid and planted
•  Highway drifting at higher speeds was greatly reduced
•  On my personal bike, it completely eliminated head shake and bike drifting at high speeds 65- 120 mph
This is a simple bolt-on upgrade that makes a huge improvement in how the bike handles. Hands down one of the best additions I’ve made to my RZ.
