Wicked Motorsports 1976-1978 RD400 Street Series Pipes are some of the best Power makers with a Musical Tune to your Wheelie.
We've have spent years and years back and forth testing many variations from Top end pipe, low end pipes. but we haven't focused on a Full range power band pipe like these. Being able to do roll on 3rd gear wheelies on a properly tune setup.
While we worked on Power making, We also focused sealing and keeping them clean from the "GOOP" we often see on all Aftermarket RD400 pipes. What we did is got rid of the steel slip on flanges and we went all O-ring seal with our Billet flanges. With Spring location mounts built on to them. As well we built our Billet silencer ends to also use O-rings to create a clean sealing surface from unnecessary need of goopy silicones. Creating a clean seal to prevent any exhaust leaks.
And... we created a pipe that is easy to fit, with plenty of ground clearance. to help clear them highspeed twisty rides in the canyon or the track.
Availible in a Carbon steel works Finish with Billet "EASY" to rebuild silencers. Because if you ain't repacking your silencers. you are losing that tune and power making. In some cases we have seen on dyno testing up to 5hp power lose blown out packing silencers.
One thing we are not afraid of is to supply you with all the data our Video feed needed. We Dyno and test all our Pipes before we offer them to public.
